Fees

In general, we calculate our fees on the basis of time spent plus cash expenses and VAT. The hourly rate depends on the importance and complexity of the case, the amount in dispute and the experience and qualifications of the Attorneys at law.

When taking on new mandates we generally require an advance payment. Settlement then takes place by individual arrangement on the basis of payments on account, periodic payments (e.g. monthly or quarterly) or after completion of the mandate.

On accepting a directorship we generally agree a basic annual fee and a further charge on a time and expenditure basis.

The cost of official certifications ranges from CHF 200.00 to CHF 500.00 while authentications are charged at CHF 100.00. Advisory services in connection with official certifications and authentications and the preparation of the relevant documents are charged on the basis of time spent.
